After a day off yesterday, woke up to rain. Waited until 9:00 to leave when the rain was lighter, only 4 of the group riding today. Since it's mostly a climbing day, it wasn't too bad. Headed out of town on Tom's Road, going up a road we came down a couple years ago.
Rain backed off for the first few hours, and we never had any heavy downpours, but it got cooler as we went up in elevation. It did start raining a little more when we got to Santa Cristina, but as long as we kept moving it was okay. I had full rain gear on, and it worked well.
Eventually made it up to Passo Sella, but it was low 40's and a bit of a white-out, so we put the bikes on the van, and went into the cafe at the top for a beer and some soup, and skipped the descent into Canazai, which I've done before anyway.
