Longest day so far, with a lot of climbing, getting over 1,000 meters for a bit. Great weather yet again, all in the country heading to the middle of the island. We went from one big valley to the next; no photos of most of scenery since they don't adequately capture the space. Everything is green, lots of farmland, windmills (yes, more wind today). Had a espresso stop in Pallazo Adriano, where Cinema Paradiso was filmed:

The long days on the road with the sun, wind, and often bumpy roads (not to mention lots of hills) has been tiring for all of us. But it's been a great ride so far!
