another wet, cold day. Everyone had had enough by lunch, and I had bailed a little earlier when Ayaka had pulled over. Can't enjoy the endless rain forest, miserable, no reason to ride. It was supposed to be 74 miles to Haast, a very tiny town on the west coast (the towns keep getting smaller), but we sagged in from lunch.
It's too bad the weather is so crappy. Hopefully it gets a bit nicer before you leave so you can actually ENJOY it!
